Empower has been created to offer female youth an opportunity to begin gaining confidence in training on their own.
This is for those who are eager to add extra strength training sessions into their week, follow a safe, thoughtful program created just for them, commit to weekly consistency, and begin learning about their unique nutritional and physiological needs as females.
This program includes in 3 self led workouts per week, weekly interactions, and weekly nutrition / female physiology educational pieces and focus points.
