Girls Group
Girls Group is designed to help girls build a strong foundation in strength training and functional movement. Participants can except to get sweaty, learn a lot about strength training, and how to move and load their bodies properly in a safe and supervised manor. In this program we learn and do a variety of fitness domains. One day you might be bench pressing and the next skipping and box jumping!
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to support every participant, whether they’re just starting out or taking their training to the next level.
